By using ReelsCraft, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Service Description

ReelsCraft is an AI-powered video generation tool. You provide a topic, and we generate short-form video content including script, voiceover, visuals, and captions.

Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person — do not create multiple accounts to bypass free tier limits

Acceptable Use

You may not use ReelsCraft to generate content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Misleading or deceptive (e.g., deepfakes, impersonation)
  • Spam or used for mass-automated content farming
  • Sexually explicit or exploitative

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Content Ownership

  • You own the videos you generate using ReelsCraft
  • Background images are sourced from Pexels under their license (free for commercial use)
  • AI-generated scripts and voiceovers are yours to use commercially
  • We do not claim ownership over your generated content

Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay
  • Clip packs are non-refundable once clips have been generated
  • Unused clip packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Free tier is limited to 2 clips per day with watermark

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruption.

Limitation of Liability

ReelsCraft is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
